Straight answers for shooting, saving, subscriptions, privacy, and the permissions that keep Camera Pro working.
01 · Getting started
Camera access is required to make photographs and video. If you declined it at first, open iPhone Settings, choose Privacy & Security, choose Camera, then turn on Vi Vante Camera Pro.
Photo Library access lets Camera Pro save finished photographs and video. You can change access in iPhone Settings under Privacy & Security, then Photos.
GPS is never used for weather. If you allow location, Camera Pro can attach a photo location, show direction and calculated sun position, build Photo Map, and open the place in Apple Maps.
02 · Camera & photos
Tap your subject to focus. Use AE/AF Lock when you want focus and exposure to stay steady while you recompose.
Use the portrait controls to preview and refine background separation before you save.
Catchlight offers Auto, On, and Off. Portrait Bokeh moves from Off through Subtle, Soft, Lux, and Noct so the result can stay natural.
Saved photographs and video appear in Apple Photos. If a save fails, confirm Photo Library access and make sure the iPhone has free storage.
03 · Subscription
Camera Pro offers an annual subscription with a 7-day introductory trial for eligible subscribers. Apple shows the current terms before you confirm, and you stay in control through your Apple Account.
Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. In Camera Pro, open the menu, choose Subscription, then choose Restore Purchases.
In Camera Pro, open the menu, choose Subscription, then Manage or Cancel Subscription. Or open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Vi Vante Camera Pro, then tap Cancel Subscription.

04 · Quick help
Open iPhone Settings, choose Privacy & Security, then Camera, and turn on Vi Vante Camera Pro. Close and reopen the app after changing permission.
Confirm Photo Library access in iPhone Settings under Privacy & Security, then Photos. Also check that your iPhone has free storage.
Location is optional. To add it, open iPhone Settings, choose Privacy & Security, then Location Services, choose Vi Vante Camera Pro, and allow location while using the app. Precise Location gives the most useful map result.
Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account that originally subscribed, check the internet connection, then try Restore Purchases again from the Subscription screen.
Send the iPhone model, iOS version, what you were doing, and a screenshot if it helps explain the issue. Please do not include passwords or payment information.
