Vi Vante is a small business that strives to create the highest quality products, descriptions, videos, and photos of them. Prior to purchasing it’s a good idea to look through all of our media. We accept returns that are “New Condition” If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase you need to let us know immediately at info@vi-vante.com
After receiving your item you have up to a week to initiate a return. You’re responsible for paying for the return label and you will receive a refund less shipping. There is no restocking fee unless the merchandise is damaged.
International Returns;
The return policy is basically the same as listed above however we have no way of reimbursing your duty.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We do not accept international returns at this time.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world with FEDEX; with Vi Vante website provides real time shipping quotes and time frames with the Fedex Plugin at checkout. We ship same or next business day and your order will be with you as quickly as possible and we will provide you with your tracking information. We do not pay your duty however we typically value merchandise at replacement value to lower your duty cost.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are subsidized! We want to make the world a smaller place and reach you.
